Estelito Moraleja, M.D.


Estelito Armanento Moraleja, M.D., 74, of Lake White, Waverly, Ohio, died 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at his Home.


He was born Jan. 5, 1939, in San Juan, Batangas, Philippines the son of the late Jose Moraleja and Teofila (Armanento) Moraleja. On Feb. 29, 1964, he was united in marriage to Corazon (Abrillo) Moraleja, who survives.


Also surviving are two sons, Estelito A. Moraleja and wife Annette of Frankfort, Ohio and Anthony A. Moraleja and wife Christy of Waverly and a daughter, Marie A. Moraleja Hoover and husband Robert Tracy Hoover of Portsmouth, Ohio, 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren and a sister Angela Moraleja Caraig of the Philippines.


Dr. Moraleja was a member of St. Mary Queen of the Missions Catholic Church, Waverly and a retired physician, having served southern Ohio for the past 35 years.


Memorial services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 24, 2013, at St. Mary Queen of the Missions Catholic Church with Father William Hahn, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Denver Road, Waverly.


Arrangements are under the direction of BOYER FUNERAL HOME, Waverly.
