Marilyn Boldman, 78


Marilyn A. Boldman, 78 of Innskeep Rd. Lucasville, Ohio died Monday April 29, 2013, at the Heartland of Portsmouth following an extended illness. She was born on May 6, 1934, in McDermott, Ohio to the late Harry E. and Margaret Lute Miller.


She was united in marriage on Oct. 14, 1989, to Harold F. Boldman who survives. Also surviving are a son, Kenneth Shoemaker of Otway, a daughter, Sheila Shoemaker of Columbus, four step sons: Brian, Johnny, Timmy, and D.J. Boldman all of Otway, two step daughters: Cheryl Rose of Peebles, Rhonda Palmer of Manchester, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, one brother, Larry Miller of Lucasville, and two sisters: Marsha Jordan and Virginia Cox both of Lucasville. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Glenn and Wayne Miller, and three sisters: Aberdean Lute, Vera Stephens, and Shirley Webb.


Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday in the Garvin Cemetery, on Diehlman Branch Rd. McDermott. Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Botkin Funeral Home in Otway.
