Tornadoes wins quad at Cliffside

GALLIPOLIS, Ohio — The Southern golf team recorded a 189 Monday night at Cliffside Golf Course, to win a quad match over South Gallia, Fairland, and Federal Hocking.
Southern’s 189 was followed by a 203 by South Gallia, a 206 by Fairland, and a 212 by Federal Hocking. South Gallia’s Seth Jarrell earned medalist honers with a round of 43 on the day.
Southern was led by Adam Pape and Danny Ramthun with 45’s, followed by Cole Graham with a 49. Tanner Roush rounded out the Tornadoes total with a 50. Chandler Drummer (51) and Ryan Shenkleberg (60) both played but did not contribute toward the SHS total.
Seth Jarrell led the Rebels with a 43, followed by Ethan Swain with a 45 and Gus Slone with a 49. Cuyler Mills rounded out the SGHS total with a 66. Kylie Haislop (75) played for the Rebels but did not contribute toward the team total.
Hayden James and Hunter Schenewark led Fairland with rounds of 46, followed by Patric McCoy with a 56 and Jake Wireman with a 58. Ethan Chapman (59) and Jake Warner (71) also played for the Dragons but their scores didn’t count toward the team total.
Quinton Brooks led Federal Hocking with a 46, followed by TJ Clemons with a 50. Shayne Gillian and Ryan Gillian both recorded a 58 to round out the FHHS total. Nathan Kidder (66) and Zack Kidder (67) both played but did not contribute toward the Lancers total.
